Family: Plumbaginaceae Scientific name: Limonium lobatum Description: Plant Form Annual rosette herb. Size Up to 1 m tall. Stem Flowering stems have 3 wings. Leaves In rosette at base 3-20 cm long with 5-7 deep lobes. Hairless on surface but with hairy edges. Flowers Clusters of tubular-shaped flowers with 5 cream or yellow lobes. Also with bluish or whitish papery sepals and green leaf-like bracts surrounding. Fruit and Seeds Small capsule containing single seed, partly enclosed by the sepals, which drops and splits open with time.
